I specialise in helping organisations deliver real, lasting transformation. For nearly two decades I’ve worked at a senior level across housing, care, education and community settings, guiding teams through complex change and improving the way they work.

My strength is making sense of complicated situations and turning them into clear plans that people can follow. I help organisations understand what is possible, set a strong vision, and bring everyone along on the journey. My approach is practical, people-focused and rooted in collaboration.

Much of my work centres on data, digital systems and process redesign. I have deep experience in Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Fabric, and I know how to make these tools support better customer service and stronger decision-making. I build data frameworks, improve data quality and help organisations move towards a single, reliable view of their information.

Over the years, I have led major system implementations, organisation-wide programmes, and mergers that brought multiple providers together under one way of working. I’ve also supported Boards and senior leaders to strengthen governance, improve performance and prepare for future challenges.

Above all, I believe transformation only succeeds when people understand it, support it and feel equipped to be part of it. I work closely with teams at every level to build skills, confidence and shared ownership.
